The First Graders' "American Gothic" works are hanging in the church hallway--each one is a treasure.

First Graders are learning about Degas and will be drawing figures skating--either hockey or figure skating. The students are doing very well with the circle base for action in their figure drawings.

Kinders are completing their Kandinsky-esque organic vine. They are working very well with Sharpies and watercolor on this piece.

Second Graders are busy finishing their work on the Gramma Moses-like scenes. These will be displayed soon.

Fourth Graders have completed their 4 seasons and have begun learning about Claes Oldenburg. Ask your child what local work was designed by Oldenburg. They will complete a sandwich with this Pop Art concept in mind.
