Happy Saint Patrick's Day to all! Feliz Dia De San Patricio!

Here's a look at what we're doing in Marzo:

Kinders:
This month, kindergardeners are learning the numbers... "Los Numeros." They will be singing and counting the numbers from 0, zero, to 20, veinte.  We will also be making a number book, they will write and learn to read the numbers in their booklet.  This month's fun song is 1-2-3 amigos!

First Graders:
The first graders had fun learning the B-I-N-G-O song! Now, we will be learning the days of the week, or dias de la semana.  They will be busy continuing to write and read in their Cuadernos de Espanol, their Spanish notebooks.

Second Graders:
March for the second graders will include learning the months of the year, meses del año, seasons of the year, estaciones del año, and all about the calendar, el calendario, in Spanish.  Fry Felipe was a catchy song they had learned!

Third Graders:
I would like to give a grand Gracias to the parents and students for their wonderful efforts in completing their books: Yo Soy.  Each student had the opportunity to share their individual book in class with their classmates!  This month, we will be learning the Violin song, one of my favoritos!  The Third graders will also learn how to greet, saludar, each other.  It's such a useful unit, the students will be going around school greeting each other in the hallways, it's so fun to hear!

Fourth Graders:  
Fourth graders are working hard on their book: Viva el Español!  They also have been given a workbook that coincides with this book.  We are going to continue working together with both books.  For a break from hitting the books, they've been given a break doing the Chicken dance, Pajaritos A Volar!
