New Student Health and Official Certificates

These items are needed for your child to be eligible to start school in the Fall of 2009 here at Highland Catholic School:

Nurse's Office Requirements:
* All children must provide documentation of complete immunization.
Minnesota State law (J.S. 123.70) required that all children be fully immunized before they are allowed to start. This must be received by the school before any child can begin.

School Office Requirements:
* Birth Certificate (copy) required

* Baptismal Certificate (copy) required

Having these components completed early will make for a smooth transition for you and your child.
